Thinking about Waterfalls 
A colleague of mine, Dave Nicolette, has blogged an entertaining and poignant bit about the current landscape of IT process in Corporate America.
He highlights the fact that many people are just giving token respect to the values of Agile development, and only a minutiae are actually trying to eliminate waste (muda) and increase value for their organizations.
